Landmark Title of Walworth, Inc. will inspect your project, collect the lien waivers, submit the draw request to the appropriate lender and
disburse construction funds. Our fees are based on a four draw process. If additional draws are required we will charge on a per draw basis.

Landmark Title of Walworth, Inc. understands that as hard as we try some things are not finished prior to the closing. We can have the parties of a
transaction sign a Completion Escrow Agreement and hold the funds. The completion escrow agreement puts the terms of the work which needs to
be completed, the agreed funds to be held and the time frame in which the work is to be completed.
